Refund and Return Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products and our commitment to quality and food safety, all coffee purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once an order has been processed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you purchased, please contact Madrigal within 7 days after delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another remedy determined by Madrigal.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
At checkout, customers are asked to acknowledge this policy before completing their order.
