Shipping Policy

Processing. Orders are prepared with care and typically ship within 2–4 business days of purchase.

Delivery windows. Domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping areas & fees. Shipping is available across the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Address accuracy. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Madrigal is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist in tracing the shipment with the carrier.

Damaged shipments. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for damaged or defective deliveries.

Weather & carrier delays. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, or events outside our control.
